When is the new menu posted, and what is the deadline to order each week?
The new menu is available from Monday 10 am to Friday 6pm for delivery on Sunday between 2 pm and 7 pm.
For example, if you place your order on 11/03, you should expect to receive your delivery on 11/07.
How does the delivery work, and where do you deliver?
To keep the food safe during transit, we use reusable coolers & ice packs. If you are not home at the time of delivery, we ask that you leave a cooler in visible sight for our driver to leave the meals, and we will include the ice packs in the cooler. If you don’t own a cooler, we offer an option to rent one from us, and we will collect the cooler and ice-pack on our next delivery.
At present, we deliver the following areas:
Charlotte, Mint Hill, Fort Mill SC, Huntersville, and Union County with a delivery fee between $5-$10, it depends on your address. For areas that are not in our standard range of delivery, you have an option to pick up your order, or we will charge you a slightly higher delivery fee. Please give us a call if you need help with delivery options.
What happens after receiving my meals?
Upon receiving your delivery, we highly recommend refrigerating your meals if not consumed because we want your meals to remain fresh until when you are ready to eat. You can freeze the meals if you choose to; however, we recommend not to freeze them. If you do decide to freeze any of your meals, we recommend letting them thaw in your refrigerator for 24 hours for best results.
How long does the food keep?
We make everything fresh and do not use preservatives. The meals are meant to be eaten within seven days and three days for seafood. We recommend you place your meal containers in the refrigerator as soon as you receive them.
How do I heat the meals?
All the meals are pre-cooked; you need to heat the food in the microwave for 1 minute with the lid covering the container loosely. Stir contents and reheat for an additional 2 minutes with the lid on the container loosely; let the food cool for 1 minute and enjoy!
What kind of packaging is used for the meals?
Our meals come as ready to eat in a recyclable container. The containers are microwavable and freezer-friendly.
What if I have an allergy?
Our meals are prepared in a facility that might contain other food ingredients such as nuts and shellfish.
We strive to ensure there is no food contamination and follow safe food handling; If you are allergic to a specific item, please ensure you read the ingredients of each meal you are ordering.
Do you offer subscriptions or minimum order?
We do not require a minimum order or require you to sign up for a subscription; You can order week to week when you need meals.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Once you place your order and complete the checkout process, you will receive an order number and an email confirmation along with your order summary.
How do I know my meals are coming?
For a smooth delivery, please provide a cell phone number to receive a text notification when delivery is on its way to you.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted. However, we do provide credit for any future orders. If for any reason we have to cancel your order, you will be notified via phone call, and the number of meals canceled will be automatically refunded to you. If this does not suit your schedule, please let us know and we will do our best to find a better arrangement.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
Customer satisfaction is a priority, and we ensure you receive your order on time. Should you have any issues with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of any problems.
